Devon Cave rescue is an voluntary organisation which operates within the Devon and Cornwall area rescuing those who may have become trapped, injured or lost underground.
There are lots of safety procedures in place to make sure underground activities are safe, but sometimes accidents happen and DCRO is there for quick repsonses to underground incidents.
