Off the Beaten Track

Kents Cavern has over 1km of cave passage and around a third of this is part of the visitor trail. So, you might be wondering what the rest of the cave is like…

The cave has several unique chambers and passages that are away from the visitor trail. At present, we have opened all the major chambers to the public. The rest are mostly smaller chambers that require some caving knowledge to get in to and of course some tight squeezes!

Our most famous squeeze is called the 'Little Oven' and it takes some serious effort to get out of. Check out the video below.
